Taman Asuhan Kanak-Kanak (TASKA or Kindergarten)
Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah began its operation on 6 Syawal 1418 corresponding to 4 February 1998. It was officiated by Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam on 3 Jamadilawal 1419 corresponding to 26 August 1998.
TASKA Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah continues to carry out educational activities and programmes in line with its vision and mission as an educational institution that provides insightful teaching and learning services that uplifts, guides, encourages and develops a child’s potential in terms of cognitive skills, emotional skills, physical skills, social skills, creativity and spirituality, all while instilling the good values of the Malay Islamic Monarchy.
The TASKA Curriculum uses a systemic approach of Play-based Learning.
This approach focuses upon the child’s development in a holistic manner, strengthen their coordination motor skills, improve their creativity skills, cultivate their communication capabilities as well as instilling good discipline and confidence.
TASKA Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah will continue its efforts to keep its excellent reputation and performance that has made the school an exceptional pre-school education institution in the country, by offering quality, innovative and relevant learning and teaching services, especially in the 21st century. The enrolment of students is based on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis in accordance to the number of classes available, as well as the maximum number of students per class.
TASKA Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah comprises of TASKA 1 (KG 1), TASKA 2 (KG 2) and TASKA 3 (KG 3).
